The Council of Architecture(COA) have sanctioned the 5 year B.Arch Degree course. The College is approved by the Government of Kerala and is affiliated to the University of Calicut.

Pass in Higher Secondary Examination or Examination recognized equivalent thereto by the University of Calicut with 70% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination at the higher secondary level. Admission shall be subject to obtaining a minimum of 40% marks in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture.
